If you want the convenience of shopping online but you don’t fancy waiting for your products to be delivered, our Click and Collect service is ideal. Simply reserve your chosen items and when they are ready, collect them from either the warehouse or the store within 14 days.

| How to use Click and Collect | 1. Place Your Order Online When you are checking out online, select the option to 'Click and Collect' 2. We Will Inform You When Your Order Is Ready For Collection When your furniture is ready to collect, someone from our web sales department will get in touch via telephone or email to let you know. You will need to collect your furniture within 14 days. 3. What To Bring When Collecting Your Order Please make sure you bring your original order or a print out and a piece of identification. i.e driving license, bank card. Depending on the piece you are collecting, you may need a second person to assist you as we cannot guarantee that someone will be available. |

Yes, if the person collecting your order brings your order confirmation along with their own photo ID there won’t be a problem. |
